Lube Control Lever Linkage

OK...now I have an FEL on my B2710. The maintenance instructions say to lube all 12 grease fittings every 10 hours of operation. No problem. I can find them. Also, the manual says to "lubricate joints of control lever linkage..." I cannot find any grease fittings for the control lever linkage and it doesn't look like it is very easy to get to. Do I need to disasemble something to grease this or do I just shoot some oil where I think it is and call it a day? Obviously I'm not a mechanic. Help!

I give mine a good shot of spray lube. That is what they told me to do at the dealers.

Hi,

I was just looking at mine today. Last time I lubed the control lever assembly I took the cover off and wiped some grease on things. There are no grease fittings...

I now have about 65 hours on the machine...now five weeks old...I grease it every day before use...but the loader control assembly seems to get neglected...

Maybe I will try spraying some lube on it more frequently...as suggested in this thread.

I think Kubota could do a better job at explaining HOW to do things...maybe they do...better check the loader manual.../w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
