Hi guys,
I'm about to start my 50hr maintenance on my new tractor next week. I saw the vacuum trick for changing the hydraulic and hst filters. What do you recommend is the easiest way to replace the hst filter? I looked at it quickly last night and seems to be underneath the seat. Is the easiest way to get in there taking the front plastic shroud off or take the seat off? Will this filter loose a lot of hydraulic oil?

Take the plastic cover off, not the seat. You won't lose much from the HST filter, but you would from the hydraulic filter.
