LS Tractor & New Holland model equivalents

It would be interesting to know if they are using the new LS engine in other brands.

Yes, NH is using the LS engine in new models and the Shibaura engines in the older models. I didn't compare but think Massey Ferguson is too. My neighbors MF has the same engine as my LS.

I suspect it is. There should be a MFG tag on the frame stating made ny LSMtron.

I've seen tags on the front frame (left side of tractor) behind the left wheel and on the lower rear of the ROPS. Should say something like Mfg by LS Mtron. Other New Holland tractors are made by NH and division of CNH Industrial. You can also check specs on NH tractors on tractordata.com. Most of the Boomer series will show the engine by LS Mtron, a dead giveaway it was built by LS. Older NH tractors with Shibaura or Mitsubishi engines were built by LS also.

The New Holland TC34DA tractor was made by Shibaura Tractor Company in Japan. I used to own one of those; good tractor. This was before New Holland moved its compact tractor line to LS.
