LS blue paint

Just curious, how have these paints lasted over time?
If SW can make a rattle can for me that'd be great. I recently had to weld up some stress cracks on all the sheet metal and now have gray primer spots on everything. Unfortunately my tractor sits in the sun more than it should, so what was once blue is now powder blue.

SW will give you the paint & any additives for conditions, but doubt you'll get it in a rattle can. Best bet would be paint etc. from them and a cheap HF or Amazon hvlp gun that you can hook up to your compressor. Don't forget filters for both air and paint. Dry, oil free air.

I used safety blue on my grill guard, it's not close, not even the same sport!
I did contact my dealer, and they do have touch up paint available, I didn't get a cost though.

I repainted the front bumper with the Rustoleum Safety blue and I can not see any difference in the color on a bright sunny day.

Yeah, used Safety blue on a couple of deep scratches on the 'flat' parts..... can't even see where the spray 'patches' are.

There is a common mistake to use Rustoleum "sail blue"..... that is definitely darker and not a match.

I have a can of LS touch up paint from the dealer..... I will use it as a last resort. It takes over 24 hours to dry, vs. the Rustoleum is dry in 20 minutes.

There have been a couple touch ups, using the Rustoleum, for about 2 years now. They are holding up just as good as when first applied.
