yep, he is a great guy but I think they are to small for the volume they are doing. Every time I call with an issue they are busy, and he says he has never had anyone with that problem before, then it takes a while to hear back from them on parts and whatnot. But they have been good to me so far.

I probably should have bought from the Kioti dealer down the street from me though. Except I'm pretty sure they are going to be going out of business when the old man goes...

My last tractor had mechanical throttle with a peddle... the hand throttle was a solid rod and the foot was a cable. The XJ just has a small cable like the amazon link.

Daryll has been about the only one who stepped up to the plate time after time to help. He's going through the same issues as everyone else these days including myself with my business, Finding competent help. He was not my selling dealer but took a whole day of his time in the fall of 16 to run to Kalispell and meet with the Western rep to try and figure my tractor out before i loaded it on a semi and moved to Wisconsin. He had it at his shop before then as well.......

This is the one piece I disagree with; not to say it couldn't happen, but how would they justify withholding warranty work, for a bogus reason? You know- free speech, and all that...?
Plus I don't see the OP bashing the brand, I do see/hear his frustration with constant problems even the zone reps can't solve.
These seem like legitimate concerns and one's that ought to be addressed on a forum like TBN, no?

its happened... there is a youtube video of a guy who no longer is able to get warranty work done. LS said they will send him the parts and he can do the work him self or figure out a way to get it done. But it was because he was bashing the dealer doing the work and not so much LS.

Messicks has a hand and foot throttle for a 1725 New Holland. That tractor has basically the same engine. I just need someone with a 1725 to take pics for me now.........
