LS 225E Instrument Cluster Not Working

I have a 2 year old LS 225HE and today the instrument cluster stopped working. No RPM, Hours and both gauges were at zero. Everything else worked fine on the tractor. I called Bruno's tractor, where I bought it, and the tech suggested that I look at the ground on the firewall. Sure enough, that was the problem. The paint had not been removed under the ground wires, so I sanded it off, reinstalled the ground wires and put some grease on it. Problem solved.

Might want to do the same to the Engine ground, follow the Negative cable from the battery to where it connects to the tractor/Engine.
Seems this a common problem and not just on LS tractors.
