Are the SA-223 lower 3pt arms longer than the ones on a Sc24000?

That's not what I was asking.... Are the SA221/SA223 lower 3pt arms longer from pin to pin, compaired to the Sc2400 lower arms? From the pics I have seen, I can't tell for sure. But the do look longer. Just trying to confirm one or the other.....
