Lower 3PH Snowblower

You have two sets of holes on either side of the blower. Remove the lift pins and use these two holes to bolt a plate, (at least the same thickness as the frame), that has been drilled to except the pins that you removed and attach them at a higher location that would lower the blower. No welding. Just watch your PTO shaft angle.

This simple fix seems to work. Two pieces of 3/8" x 2" x 8" flat stock with three 7/8" holes. The middle pin was where I was hooking up.
Probably wont need them but I will probably weld in pipe spacers around the two bottom pins.

Can't say for sure, but I think you may need the spacers.
