Low coolant warning

I have an older DK45. The low coolant light comes on after 30 minutes or so, but it doesnt overheat and the coolant level doesnt change. Anyone have any ideas?

Might try cleaning radiator and air filter.

I had that same low coolant light come on recently on my CK25. The radiator was fine. The plastic coolant reservoir was way down. Filled it halfway and the light went away.

What's the proper antifreeze?

Mine appeared green, the manual is kind of vague and with the numerous formulations these days I'd like to avoid making sludge.

Overflow is almost empty.....

I took the cap off the overflow tank and it literally broke into 2 pieces. I’m guessing the bad cap is the culprit.
