I believe Beaver Valley only sells wholesale to dealers; unless they've changed their policy since I contacted them a few years back.

Cab or no cab, I know my bum back wouldn't handle clearing a 1/4-mile driveway in reverse very well.

Just came in from clearing 11 inches that we got last night. Used my 64 inch Pronovost and it did a great job. Picture of it in my avatar. I also have a rear blade to clear snow, but the blower works better for the deep stuff. I picked up the blower new 2 years ago after extensively researching the various brands. So far, I am very happy with it. I contemplated a front blower, but only briefly. Could not justify the increase in cost, but more importantly could not give up the use of the loader. Good luck. You may also want to check Craigslist for a used one and save a few bucks.

One thing I've noticed over the years is that finding used equipment, let alone stuff in good condition in the western states such as Colorado is very difficult. Once you get west of Kansas, it's as if the western part of the country doesn't exist. The guys in the Midwest and East Coast seem to have plenty of choices in used equipment. I base that observation on the members who suggest used are all east of Colorado, and from searching Tractor House and JD's Machine Finder websites. Don't be surprised if you end up going new because you can't find anything used here worth buying.

The house came with a small MF tractor and a 5' 3pt snow blower. The snow blower was too much for the old tractor and would over heat. The snow blower works well but doesn't fully cover the tires. Still waiting for a heavy snow of 1' or more than I should get a good idea how well the snow blower works.

I agree with your comments that not much used equipment is on the market in the west and may be forced to go new. I'm looking at a rear blade from Everything attachments. Have you had any experience with this company?
