Looking for a hydraulic adapter

I have an MTE2000D and I am looking for a hydraulic adapter block and the spacer for auxiliary hydraulics hookup. Don't know if this part was ever available or used on the Mitsubishi models but my 2000D is nearly identical to the IH254/CIH 255 and looking at the CNH parts finder, I see a hydraulic adapter and spacer was available for these tractors and I would like to get one but have so far not had any luck finding one from a CIH dealer. Anybody know where I could get one?
