I took my B2710 to my son's house for him to move a little dirt. I locked the three point (with box blade) in the up position with the lowering speed knob so he wouldn't hit the lever and lower it accidently. He's really good with the tractor, having worked construction for five years with backhoes, grade-alls, etc.

Well, he wanted to spread the dirt after he placed it so he tried to lower the box blade. Of course it wouldn't go down and he spent a half-hour in a panic thinking that he'd broken my new tractor. Finally he remembered the lowering speed control knob and got it working, but he was having a cow worrying that he'd messed up the tractor. Called me this morning with the story and I laughed all the way to work.
