hey folks,
Been a little while since I was posting.. but I have a small issue...
I burst a hydraulic hose yesterday on the loader.
It is the white marked hose, the bottom one on the LA463 loader.
I believe it to be the curl return.
anyway.. In the haste to get back up and finish the job I was hoping to complete before the rain, I ran to tractor supply and found a hose.
48inches long and got a swivel connector.
The hose was male to male, and the original is male to female - hence the swivel connector.
The other gotcha is the length.. the original is ~40 inches..
So here is my story, and problem...
When I went to remove the quick coupler.. I could not get it off.. Now it appears to have left handed threads, and it is tight!!!!
I used some PB blaster and let it soak in for an hour.. BUT I doubt that will help...
Should I just go and get the whole hose and coupler assembly from Kubota? Or is this some trick I am not privy too...
If I can get the coupler off, it would be a backup hose at the least....
Ideas???
Thanks!
