Put a wrench on the pin and turn and grease it till it moves freely.
For the grease gun pull out the plunger, rotate it and lock the face, then press on the plunger and pump. This should get rid of any air.
Try a roll pin and wrap duct tape around it. Keeps the pin from falling out. You could do the same for a bolt.
