Has anyone mounted a loader on a TU180/200/185/205/220/240 ? If so what mounting brackets & loader did you use?

Yes, we used Koyker but unfortunately long ago only the 140 was available and it was too big. When the 125 came out we changed to it instead. Now we use the Frey ML165 which fits perfect but it is still not a very good tractor for a loader as I am sure you know.

I don't like to put loader on tractors with aluminum or steel clutch housings without a sub frame. The TU180-240 clutch housing & transmission are not bolted together. They have a driveshaft & frame rails connecting them. I would recommend a sub frame on this style also.

TU models have a setback front axle which is good for tight turning but bad for loader stability. TU frames are parameter thin wall extruded tube with a rubber mounted engine just like a car. To put a loader on you have to build a completely separate frame like Len said.
