loader on 2wd ?

Hi

I have a yanmar ym186 diesel which is 18hp and 2wd. This is close to the 1500 from what I am told. I am thinking about adding a loader to it to do landscaping work. Do you think it will work ok being a 2wd? I cant really afford to get a skid loader yet.

Who has the best price on loaders I would take a used one. I can put it on myself.

The 186 is very similar to the 1510, not the 1500. A loader will set you back about $2800. I doubt you will find a used one that will fit. The 2wd loader debate has been discussed many times. Thanks for the reply I am many going to light work with it.

Which I have been just thinking about selling the tractor and putting the money to a used skid loader. I have a 50hp tractor also that i do everything heavy with.

Any idea what a 186 diesel is worth. I got ag tire and turf for it. Its been well maintained but has been used not bent up but it has been used.
