loader lift slowly

Hello everyone,
I have a Kubota l225 and the 3pt is working ok but the loader moves very slow and stops about 3 ft off the ground. Any thoughts on this?

I changed the hydraulic fluid and cleaned the screen filter and now its even worse. I have no hydraulics at all.

hhMMMM the qd's that JJ was talking about that might need resetting.

I don't see any quick disconnects. All the hydraulic lines are screw type.
