The Kubota loader made for it was the 1720. Over the years I've seen a couple pictures of L345's with DoAll loaders and other brands have been adapted. Kubota's LA400-500 series can be made to fit with minimal modification (example here). The 1720 was not removable but had a good lift capacity.

Check with Woods or Bushhog they make aftermarket loaders?

If you're looking for a loader that could be adapted, you might look into this one. (not mine - no connection) The main center frame would line up with the L345's bellhousing bolts - which solves 75% of fit-up. With center frame mounted and loader in place, the front and rear connections can be mocked up and built to suit. The LA650 is rated approx 1400 lb. CAD freight to MD & brokerage may take some doing. Finding a loader for an older tractor is very hit-or-miss as the after-market stops supporting the model.
