loader for international 585

my tractor has neither hydraulic flow nor extra valve back for accessories.i want to put valve with double action with control.also i want to put a loader on the front.from where i will take oils for the control and where will be reterned the oils?i am looking for a photo or a plan.thank you

If you have 3pt hyd, then you have a hyd pump, and or a hyd system.

This what you have now.

Hydraulics:
Type: open center
Capacity: 9 gal [34.1 L]
Valves: 1 or 2
Pump flow: 15.1 gpm [57.2 lpm]

Can you see the hyd pump and output/pressure line?

Is it hose or metal LINE going back to the 3pt?

If you can easily get to the pump output, you can add a loader valve and then a remote valve for the back with QD's for attachments..

Show some pictures of the pump area and right side of tractor up close.

I am surprised that your tractor does not already have at least 1 auxilliary valve?? Are you sure?? A photo of the console on the r/hand side of the seat, below the seat would be helpful

If a valve is fitted then there is the possibility of using a "High Pressure Carry Over" ( HPCO) to power your loader and attachments.

Return can go to HPCO, ( dependant on type??) or to return port under r/hand axle, (already on tractor with large plug in it.

Where in Greece are you located?? I used to visit Greece 2004 --2007 for McCormick tractors!!.

You have newer tractor than my 574, BUT the loader hyd on it was hooked under the tractor (right side just under the seat) and had a single stick 2050 loader on it!---when loader was taken off, a hose was hanging and the other end went up along the right side of the rear end housing and connected up to a plug that is on or near the hyd valve on the tractor!---yours may be there but handle removed for some strange reason! I could look closer on my 574 for exact location and post findings if you need them!

Like JJ said you got hydraulics on that tractor and all you need is to mount loader and plumb it up! thanks; sonny580

I used to visit our distributor in Greece "Petropolus Petropolus" in Athens, sometimes flew into or out of the airport @ Theseloniki !!

I still need a bit more informationto advise you!!as the build without auxulliary valvesis unusual??

Can u remove the seat, and under the seat is a panel in the deck of the cab, remove this panel then photograph the valves you can see , particullarly towards the r/hand side of the opening.

Have finaly worked out the build of tractor you have and what needs to be done to fit a loader to it. I eill prepare a document and e mail it shortly on my return from hospital this evening!!

One question?? Is the loader you are going to fit a 2 line or 3 line system??

2 line is a supply and return loop??

3 line is a supply and return loop with an extra dump line to allow a faster dump (lowering cycle of loader boom cylinders)??
