Loader bucket base edge welding help needed

Aaron Z,can you go into some detail as to how you went about welding your cutting edge to your bucket were you able to keeping warpage to a minimu

I don't think it's that hard. Tack it on, then stagger larger beads to hold it in place and keep it from warping. Then do the final weld, probably staggering the work a bit too. Half of one end, then half of the other.

Back step welding helps reduce induced stress,,
