Tires loaded tires

with loaded tires do you fill the tire with air to its full rating? checked mine and they are rated at 20psi but were only at 7 psi? so i filled them up to 20 psi. is this ok?

Yep...you'll be the judge if the tractor rides too hard...but it won't hurt the tires.
Same pressure, just less volume of air compared to non-filled tires.
