Well, after many months of research, I decided to trade my New Holland TC29D for a Kioti DK40HST. There were several reasons for my choice, but probably the biggest factor was my dealing with Little Tractor in Metropolis, IL. From my understanding, it is the biggest Kioti dealership in the U.S. Anyhow, I dealt with James Little, the owner. He, and everyone else at Little Tractor made my trade easy, and gave me a great deal. They werent pushy, nor greedy. They answered all of my questions, and were straight with me from the start. They delivered my new tractor, and picked mine up. It was a no-hassle deal. So if you are thinking about buying a Kioti, and are close to Metropolis, give these guys a call, you won't be sorry.

Speaking of fantasy land: Did you know that in Korean, the words "JohnDeere" are translated as "Kryptonite"?

How's that for your commie conspiracy?

About five years ago I was in Southern, IL visiting family not far from Metropolis. As I was driving through the town of Metropolis I saw Superman then proceeded on to Little Tractor to check out the Kioti inventory. James wasn't on the premises and I was told he had just stepped out to use the phonebooth. ;) I had a good conversation with James' brother and did come away with a free hat!

Island,
Did you know that in Korea, Daedong is the distributor for John Deere? Or at least one of the distributors. They sell Deere units that are larger than what they manufacture well over 100HP.
