JD 850-sold to buy Kbota Grand L3010
Hey everyone !
Kubota L3010. The lift arm gearbox is extremely difficult to operate. It's never been what I call smooth, and often had to hunt for the sweet spot to be able to make adjustments when leveling an implement. I've always kept it well greased, but recently it's become almost impossible to operate, even without an implement attached.

Anyone had experience with these gearboxes?

Thanks in advance for the benefit of anyone's input.

I have had the same problem with my L4330. The fix was to replace the threaded part of the assembly which was bent. I think that the replacement parts cost me around $130. The real problem is that no one can tell me why it bent in the first place.

kbota, have you tried unscrewing it all the way to see if the binding is inside the crank part of possibly a bent rod or bad threads?
