I have several good videos, but I am going to have to learn how to do some editing before posting them. Please try to keep this mostly on topic and not get this thread locked up.

last week as fall was starting to settle in:

filmed the finish line at a 5k run a couple weeks ago, long time between runners finishing !

had a few minutes at work earlier this summer so took some video of the front display lot:

sorry none of the videos are edited, i don't have the time or patience to do it! so they can be
long and boring at times.. but it is a fun hobby for sure.

Here's my contribution to the thread. It's of the SS Kyle. It's a 102 year old ship that has quite the history.

Here are some pictures I took with my quadcopter. I still haven't got the video thing figured out. G0030305.jpgG0030283.jpgG0030305.jpgG0030283.jpgG0020275.jpgG0020271.jpgG0020269.jpgG0010250.jpgG0010239.jpgG0010229.jpgG0010231.jpg

I don't have the video or a link yet but my realtor wanted to take video's with his drone while the trees still have leafs on them. (We are going to be listing soon.) This was the first time I was up close and personal to a drone though I have worked in the aircraft industry. Pretty cool. I am anxiously awaiting the web posting.

I was going to start a thread about this but searched first and found this one. I've got a dozen or so videos edited. The shooting is fun. The editing is painful. I use Movie Maker because it's free. A Canadian friend turned me onto "Handbrake". It's a program that makes the video load dramatically faster on YouTube.

Being as how we are on a mostly rural tractor site, I'll start with farming videos. I shot this one last Spring following my friend's large farming operation planting corn with their new high speed planter. Has a humorous ending.......

Here's one I shot this Fall when they first started harvesting corn. This family plants 20,000 acres of corn/soybeans each year. My little 150 acre farm sits in the middle of their operation. They are great neighbors!!!

Big time. Drone vision is tunnel vision forward. I was flying backwards at 12mph..... :(
Been there, done that! I had to laugh... hope you had no more damage than just props. I got to get my Phantom III Adv. back out for some flying. It's been 6 months! It is fun... but the post editing to make it pleasurable for others is seriously time consuming as I am sure you found out.

Yes I did. Believe it or not,,,, there are actually Drone Pilots that enjoy the editing...... I do not.....

I'm Blessed that my Sons and friends enjoy 4 wheeling as much as I do. So it's a family event for us. This year we went to Central Kansas to an Off Road Park for 3 days of play. I took the Drone. Here's a short introductory video I shot there.

If my posts here get boring just say something and I'll adjust. :)
