LEO752B SHIBAURA ??

This the number on my SD1400 nameplate and I`ve seen LEO752c on a Ford 1200 1300??? on Tractor data. I`m guessing its the engine designation ? 752 cc {.8 liter}.....any enlightenment from the knowledgable ??

also found a casting number on block ....say 742cc. I noticed some small differences in bore and stroke on some of the engines in Tractor Data. May be the reason for the "b" and "c" in the 752 number
