Left Virginia and retired to Texas

Hi All,
Since I sold my old Kubota tractor and headed south a few months ago, I am now faced with having to decide on what to replace it with and what kind of barn/garage to house the equipment. This looked like a great place to start getting ideas!
I had 10 acres on totally hilly Virginia and now I have 20 acres of grassland on totally flat Texas. At least I can produce some hay now!
I think I may have my hands full just reading everyone's posts....thanks.

I'm not sure at this point, because I have the option of having someone else do all of the fertilizing, cutting, and bailing the hay on my 20 acres. That doesn't leave me with much profit, but it does maintain an agricultural exemption for tax purposes!
If I decide to do more of the work myself, I will need more equipment for sure, but no matter what, I am used to having a tractor with a front-loader and probably can't stand to be without one for very long! I just didn't want to drag my old one from VA.
