LED work lights upgrade, Kubota Grand L cab.

Just installed these LED lights from Larsen lights. Nice units and a good company to deal with. I wanted something that was fairly "plug and play" and that could use existing wiring, bracket etc. rather than go through a lot of hassles. https://www.larsenlights.com/led-845w - the 845-2 "easy bracket" model

Easy install - I just cut the wiring connector off the old lights and used the 2" of wire or so to crimp connect the new lights (which terminate in plain stripped wire). Had to add a few washers as the bracket was a bit wider than the mount point on the light but otherwise was super easy. Haven't used yet but the photos show what it looks like in the building. Prior lights were halogen Kubota work lights.

No but can take some in the morning. They are just slightly bumping at the top against the roofline - so pointing very slightly downwards but I think will be fine and that may be the desire angle anyway. To be perfect I would need to modify the bracket to allow the light to sit about half an inch more forward. I also never found anywhere that would tell me the maximum wattage to keep existing switch and wiring, which was why I went with two lights and not a large light bar.

Thank you. They look great. I checked their website and these lights look like a quality unit. I like the fact that they pretty much bolt right on with the brackets that come with the lights. I'm going to put this on my "to do" list.

I mounted new LED;s on the front and moved the halogens to the rear.The wiring is in place you will need to purchase the "factory" switch.Easy job really.

I recently mounted a 43" & a 52" light bar to my L4060. http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/showthread.php?t=373014 bars were around $40-70 each & are avaliable all over Amazon or presumably Ebay.

The relay box showed up yesterday & I'm getting over the flu so it may be a bit before I get them wired in though.

I'm liking their size & light from bench testing. Really happy with my mounting brackets.

I put in all new wiring & used deutch connectors. Old wiring & plugs is still there, but if I recall I put the ends under the roof. I just sold my OEM halogen front lights to a TBN member who wanted them.

I am looking for two more of those OEM Halogen lights with the same connectors.
