LED Work Lights on ROPS - Info and Wiring Questions

Here is a copied schematic of the lighting for a CK 27_30_35. Hope it will help. Hope this doesn't infringe on any copyrights. The customer use (not shown in this schematic) circuit (should be a red wire) and another circuit (back up lamp which I think is controlled by the headlight switch) are located in two different connectors behind and under the seat. I'll try and copy another picture of the locations if I don't get slapped for copyright issues.

The customer use plug is just behind the bullet plugs where your work light is plugged in. Under the seat and taped to the harness. I found it today and now I am wondering how I make the connection with the plug?

I added an LED light bar to my CS. Wiring was very simple using a SPDT Relay (Single Pole Double Throw Relay). This is an electromagnetic switch and consists of a coil (terminals 85 & 86), 1 common terminal (30), 1 normally closed terminal (87a), and one normally open terminal (87). These can be found at any autoparts store. On my CS there was an open lug on the relay block next to the fuse block. For the fuse I used the cruise control circuit as I do not have that option and it was available in my fuse box. There were several other open circuits, but the cruise control was already wired for 15A.

Yes, those schematics are all from a Kioti service manual, and are copyright protected, and as such are a clear violation of copyright laws and TBN membership policies.
The poster, Steve, should read the EULA ,which all members agree to when signing onto TBN, instead of pleading ignorance about copyrighted materials. The service manuals make the same copyright infringement statements contained in any similar privately owned property.

I just installed 3/27 watt led lights on my ck2510. I found a bullet connector on the inside rear fender on the left side. Had power when the key was turned anywhere past the accessory point on the ignition. Found it was on the 10amp horn fuse. I tied into this plug and powered the switch for all three lights. So far so good?

Should be a common electrical accessory that you crimp on to the end of a wire. Probably several sizes so match it to yours. I just cut the connectors off and used wire caps and electrical tape, works fine for me.

I haven't called anyone a liar; I merely stated facts and his own feigned concern about whether he would get slapped for infringement. If he's so worried about infringement he could easily have confirmed whether or not using the schematics without permission is a violation. It is, he chose to post them; ignorance is no excuse for breaking the law. You want to send him a PM, go ahead. I chose the forum to expose feigned guilt of the willful act.
