So I checked the VOLTAGE DROP
. A 50" bar is about 300 watts or 25 amps, and is rated for 10 to 30 volts (this is just the first one I clicked on) if you can get a solid 12v from your source/battery than a 19' run of #12 awg will give you a 1.9 volt drop putting you at 10 volts at the light. If you use #10 awg then you can bump it up to 30'. So when you compare prices don't forget that the 120v lights will only require #14 awg or an extension cord that may already be in your garage. Also compare lumens of the fixtures because the wattage can be misleading. Sorry if this is way more information than you wanted...
