Lease programs?

I was wondering if anyone has leased a tractor ..if so what did you feel the advantages where. Or is more for a commercial situation?

Flease aggrements. The worst financial move today is car leases, I'm sure the same would hold for tractors, unless it's a commerical account then there are tax advantages.
