I have New Holland TV-145 an the injection pump has developed a slow drip, does not seem to affect the machine while running but would like to fix it. I am having trouble locating a parts schematic for the injection pump (New Holland part #87802533), from my research it appears to be a Bosch VE6 (0-460-426-340R). I have attached a picture of the pump and where it is leaking. It is leaking where the pump body and what appears to be maybe a manifold block where the injector lines come off? Does anyone have any knowledge of these pumps? There appears to be 4 torx head bolts that hold it on, (I've checked and they're all tight) is there a gasket or possibly an o-ring separating the 2 that might be the cause? I showed a picture to the mechanic at the local New Holland dealer who advised me not to disassemble it and just take the injection pump to a local diesel shop.

Can you tell if it is leaking Diesel or Oil?

That appears to be a leak between the pump and the block.

Yup.. oring is hard and flat..
I’d be happy to fix that for u..
u can contact me directly at:
my screen name at aoldotcom

U can not fix it on the machine.. if u loosen the 4 fasteners, all the guts WILL fall out.!!
There is a nut and washer holding the pump drive shaft to the drive gear.. u access it thru the front.. radiator side..
Chances are hi that it doesn’t have a key in the drive shaft so timing becomes VERY IMPORTANT.. do your homework..
