Lawn Roller

I live in upstate NY on a hill. My soil is well drained. I have an acre around my house that is lawn. I also mow my field that is about 4 acres. My issue is the field is getting very uneven and slows down my mowing.

My question is, how big of a lawn roller do I need? How much weight is required to get the field back in shape? What brand of rollers are any good?

If you only want to buy one we sell one that I recommend to everyone. It is distributed through Tudor and Jones in Weedsport. It is thich steel about 24" diameter with a strong frame and two bolt pillow block bearings.

The economy units will be destroyed in the field even with care.
