Like I said, I have been paying "around" $8.00 for a 60 lb bag from the co-op. The .13 X 60 equals 7.80. Yep, that is about what I pay for 13/13/13 and similar mixes. I think the discount store/nursery store stuff like Scotts and Vigaro and others is likely way over priced. The only thing in their favor is the weed and feed aspect and weeding and feeding can again be accomplished cheaper with a spray unit for weeds and a 3-point spreader for the fertilizer and seeding. Of course, liquid fertilizer and weed killer agents are cheaper than the pellatized stuff for even better economy on larger acerages. J
