We build them from IPE160 at least., with two longitudinal IPE160's welded over the full beam height, to prevent twisting. It starts twisting on the lower end of a broken fencepost.we had to use the old mantra - if in doubt make it stout...
If available, train rails are most popular around here: wear resistant and heavy, so a lot of torsion resistance. Therefor they dont need extra support, giving the dirt a free path to roll over the full width of the implement to fill ruts.
