Figured wasn't going anywhere this weekend, so decided to get a few loads of mulch for the landscape beds. Got one re-covered, have 2 more piles unloaded, a third waiting in the trailer. First time in 20 years I had a backhoe to unload the mulch. Usually did it all by hand using pitchforks. Each trailer load is about 3 1/2 yards. Takes about 10 minutes now...fun tractor time!

Looking good. Are you chipping your own mulch or buying it?

The local transfer station provides free mulch, shredded from forest trimmings. They charge $5 to load anything you bring to fill.
