Everything else is OK? Steering, R/F shuttle? And it's just a problem with "some" of the hydraulic functions on the hoe?

If I had to take a "stab" at the problem - I'd be looking at the multi-function valve body for the hoe. Could be debris or inline gunk that's causing a loss of functional pressure in one or more of the valve circuits.

Isolate the hyd circuit to the valve and check the flow.

Good luck.

Which functions on the hoe are weak? Each function has it's own relief valve. You could have a weak relief valve or two. Did the functions that are weak, all get weak at the same time? On those functions, do the cylinders leak down quickly/ If so you could have blown seals in the cylinders.
