The bottom line is that you have a viewpoint. Whatever training you have and whatever reason you have it is a viewpoint. I have a viewpoint that disagrees with that.

Okay. But do you think all viewpoints are equal? Or are some worth more than others? And if so, by what measure? Logic? Reasoning? Expertise? Might someone trained in a certain viewpoint have a more valid viewpoint than someone thoroughly untrained in it? What would my viewpoint in the matter of nuclear physics mean to you or anyone else.

By default you are going to win because I dont have enough people with my viewpoint to change the laws.

I'm not sure what you mean by win. As you say, I have a viewpoint, not an agenda or a goal. The law is the law and on some occasions the law is based on a solid foundation.

Well since you want to talk money do you want to post how much your gross annual income was last year?

Where I come from questioning someone's income is considered incredibly poor taste.

When any part of someones income is at stake they can have a lot of reasons for why they are right.

First, I have nowhere in this post said anything to justify or rationalize what I make. In fact, the primary gist of my posts has been that even though the system has been lucrative I think it is broken. And that is very nearly the opposite of having " a lot of reasons for why they are right." But maybe you have forgotten, or maybe failed to read my previous posts.

Basically you may say that your buisness would go up if the government made it easier to get prescription drugs but we wont know if that is the case or not will we.

I'm not sure what your point is. I've said that my primary concern is with public safety. My point in indicating that 'business' would improve is only to demonstrate that there is no monetary motive in my opinion. And while no one knows the future there are plenty of folks smarter than I who share the same opinion. And if I/they are wrong, then maybe 'business' would stay the same. Which again proves that I have no financial interest in these laws over which I have no more control than you. The idea that business would decrease is not even conceivable.

Unless someone from one of the countries that has those laws in effect decides to post on here.

Their is NO middle eastern country, outside of the remote possibility of ******, no matter how rich, poor, violent, stable, civilized or otherwise in which ANY medical statistic whatsoever could have any correlation with or application to ANY medical matter in this country.
