Hello, I have a 2 year old b7610 with the la352 fel.It also has a Woods 6500
Groundbreaker BH.Everything worked great when i first got it,but now i'm having a problem with the downpressure when i use the bucket to stabilize
while using the hoe. When i try to raise the tractor with the bucket,it goes
down to the ground and tries to lift the tractor, but not quite off the ground like it should. This does'nt happen every time.Maybe once out of 10.I have taken it back to the dealer and of course it would'nt do it for them.
Now its out of warranty, and i have to figure it out myself.I think the problem is most likely in the control valve,or maybe in one of the hyd. lines.Anybody else ever have this problem with their loader?

thanks,digger2

Don't know if it applies, but my FEL won't lift the tractor if I'm on the brakes. Lifting the front requires it to drag the rear tires forward a little bit, and if I'm on the brakes it can't both lift the tractor and drag the tires.

thanks whodat,i went out today and actually tried to stand on the brakes and use downpressure on the bucket and you are right, the tractor does not lift like it should. but i think it may have other problems, maybe. i just might have been on the brakes those times.
thanks,digger2

If the lever or the valve is partially going into the 'float' position you would have no downward pressure. I don't know how that would happen intermittently but you might want to think about it. Theres a free 40 page parts manual for the LA352 (and lots of other Kubota tractors) at the link below. Extremely handy. I saw it in the 'B series' folder'. Its a quick download - only half a meg.

In fact I'll even try to attach it here. Hope this works.

Digger,
Even if you are NOT on the brakes, but the HST is in gear and the clutch is out; the FEL will have to either drag the tractor a bit when it lifts or let the bucket slip backward. I've noticed that on mine; of course I don't have the weight of a BH on the rear so dragging the tractor isn't a big deal.

Try pushing the clutch in when you lift; or putting the HST in neutral. That will let the rear wheels roll.
