Have a new L6060 with dealer installed rear remotes, 2 sets. Seem to be getting fluid through them, but not under enough pressure to work hydraulic top link or mower. Both attachments work fine on our M4 so its not them. Am I missing something or did dealer hook them up wrong. Checked hoses, they are routed correctly and levers seem to be functioning appropriately. Get a little hum when we move the levers but no action.

Thanks

Air in the lines, debris during installation, control valves for the remotes bad when new, lack of hyd fluid, ???? Does everything else hydraulic work OK like loader, etc. ?

There are many possible causes but a simple one is to check the 3pt lever. If it's in the extreme raised position, the hydraulic system may be partially in bi-pass.

I assume all other functions work?

It is worth checking the 3ph lever as mentioned. The feedback adjustment can be sensitive. If it's all the way raised....it can still be trying to raise even though it's all the way up. That puts the system in relief....and usually makes the loader act weird too.

Without some pics, the only thing I can think is the couplers are plumbed wrong or you are plugging in your toplink wrong.

If you only have two sets....that's 4 couplers. They work in pairs. I have seen some sets be paired horizontally, some vertically.

If yours are paired vertically, but plugging in things as if they are paired horizontally (or vice versa) it will do as you describe. Trace the hoses from the two valves....see which couplers are paired and make sure you are hooking up right

If everything else mentioned checks out another possibility is an O-ring between the valve sections is damaged/missing. This is something the dealer would have assembled so possible something could have happened. Has it always had this problem or is it a new occurrence?

Thanks all, the only thing I haven't checked is the 3 point hitch, I'll give that a shot.
