Price Check L5030 HST Price?

I've decided that I want to try to purchase this tractor. I've read most of the threads searching for a fair purchase price;however I've only found prices where people were buying a loader, etc. with it. I would like to know a fair price to offer for this tractor with R4 tires as the only option. List price would be hepful to know also. Need help quick.

I got mine last month. For the tractor. $25875, L-5030,cab,R-4s, 2 rear remotes with float and remotes for the loader. I hope this helps

5030 hst r4 - $21,000. was a very good price - last year......
