Spent the day making repairs to this L48 for a customer.

The power steering cylinder was leaking, so I had to remove the cylinder. It wasn't terrible but did require some heat and persuasion and took a bit longer than I expected. The loader boom cylinders needed new seal kits too. It needed a bunch of little stuff, a new grille guard, positive battery cable, new HST pedal bushings and pin, and loader bucket cutting edge.

Are those giant saw blades sticking in the fence, in the back?

Not exactly, their yard is in Oakland. It is part of their effort to keep anything not bolted down from being stolen. The ten foot walls didn't help, barbed wire didn't help, two rows of razor wire slowed it down a little, the jagged saw blade looking things in the corners are their latest addition. I didn't ask how they were working.

Hey.....I thought we buy Kubota so we don't have to work on them. :confused3:

Well this one is 13 years old and has over 1000 hours on it, so I guess they are bound to need a little work, lol. I was actually working at the dealership when he bought this one. It just happened to go out of business a little over a month later.
