L4400

Hi:I am looking seriously at a L4400.It seems like a pretty good package.The one I am interested in has a 703 FEL.Could anyone tell me a little more about the L4400?Can it be shifted on some roll or must it come to a complete stop?Are the bull gears noisy at road speed?Does it have enough weight for the horsepower?(Are wheel weights available?) If anyone has any ideas on this I would appreciate a post.Thanks Eldon
