L39 turn signal problem

The turn signals on my almost new (212 hours) L39 have developed a strange problem. If i put the left signal on, the right signal is on solid while the left flashes normally. Putting the right signal on yields the same problem on the left side.

Machine has let an easy life. Parked indoors for the most part. I never really use the lights. No other problems.

Do I have a short?
