Buying Advice L3400W/FEL OR MAHIHDRA 3535/4035 W/FEL

I need some advice on which one of these tractors is the best buy(cost and upkeep required) and what a dealer will allow on my 2(wd) L2500 1998 model.
I sent a e-mail to two dealers here in central Alabama-did not get a reply-i guess they made enough this year in sells!!! I want to get the best deal, without getting taken. Thanks

Firstly, you might want to consider the L3700SU as well, just like the L3400 but 1 or 2 more HP and the same price or cheaper. I don't think there is much of a comparison between the quality and tech level of the Kubota compared to the Mahindra. I suppose the Mahindra is cheaper to buy, I suspect over the years the Kubota will be less expensive to maintain and will have a much higher resale value.

Make sure you test drive both tractors... in particular you'll want to mount a box blade on the 3ph of the L3400 (or the suggested L3700) to see if you can live with the "jerky" 3ph that some people are complaining is back...
