I have a 3430 and a Dealer install LA513 Loader with l2230a quick release and bucket. It is out of warranty and very few hours It seems I have a stop issue. After replacing both cylinder heads I noticed the rods were hitting the loader arms. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. I would have assumed the Kubota dealer that install this would have known of these issues. I bought the tractor like this and now I'm looking at replacing both bent ram rods. Any advise.
Check this thread, Messicks has run into a problem with the stops on some older loaders. Specifically noted in post #6 and #11. Also, you probably know already but the LA463 and the LA513 are essentially the same loader and use the same cylinders, frame and QA.
Very nice job. I have a L2800 with L463 loader. I have just ordered a L2230A coupler from a Kubota dealer. I have also just purchased a 84" Bobcat snowblade thus the reason for the QA.Will I have problems with the cylinders touching the loader arms and bending the cylinder rods? I have read some articles on this. I have not come upon this exact match having problems. Also have found a new 66" Skid steer smooth bucket for sale at very reasonable price. This was for a Cat skid steer. I am being told different stories as to whether this Cat bucket will fit the 2230a coupler. I think Cat is still under the "universal skid steer mount[" umbrella. Am I wrong? Will I have any curl problems using this Cat bucket on my tractor. Sorry for all my ?'s. I have been monitoring this site for awhile and just posted for first time today. If I am posting wrong pls let me know. Thx lots
