Hello,
I'm looking for a solid tractor to replace our 1953 Ford Golden Jubilee NAA. 40 acres to mow, may get a snow blower as well when the budget allows. A dealer close to our property had a new L3301, HST, with a Front End Loader for $22,000. Is this a solid price? Thanks much:)

My initial thought, based on nothing but ignorance, is that it isn't a deal. How about a B3350 (cab), loader and third function for $26,000?

Check list on kubota site. 10 - 15% under is a decent discount. I have heard of some much better than 15% off lately with rebates and such though.

After a few mighty "Interweb" searches, it appears that numerous TX and WV dealers offer a package with the L3301, loader, mower, box scrape and tandem trailer for about what the tractor and loader are here in Wisconsin. Time to hit the road??

True statement, sorry. It is the Golden Jubilee NAA, actually a 1953.

I paid $23,300 locally for...

L3301 HST
LA525 Loader w/quick attach bucket
5' med duty cutter/bush hog
5' box blade
Rears filled, hooks welded on bucket, and right fender handle

I probably could've drove and got a slightly better deal BUT I have heard good things about my local dealer and I'll possibly be relying on them for repairs down the road so I bought local.

Last month I purchased:

L3901 HST
LA525 Loader
5' RCR1260 cutter
5' box blade
R1 Rears filled, telescoping stabilizers, and rear work light

for $24,100

Was quoted the same package with L3301HST 22,800

Based on EZs price your price looks good. The RCR12 is the light duty, your medium duty should be RCR18.

I was quoted at a local dealer at the end of Sept for L3301HST R4 tires with FEL and a 3pt quick hitch for $18,395 not including taxes. I didn't haggle with them at all on this price. Ended up buying a 2 yr old L3800 for less money and 73 hours and don't have to deal with the Tier 4 final emissions junk. Good luck!
