Hi all, I'm just ready to do my first 50 hour service, any suggestions? I have all the Kubota filters and fluids. Tractor is great so far!

Bill, I checked your profile so we do not know if you have a HST or what.

Be sure that you have a really big pan to catch the HST fluid there is a lot there. Also break all of your filters loose before you drain the fluid, my engine oil filter was on so tight I broke a strap wrench.

The really nice thing is it is up high enough that you do not need to jack it up to do any of the service.

That L3130 is a fun tractor, isn't it?

Bill, this question comes up fairly often and so I would recommend you read a few of those older posts relating to doing the servicing on the Grand L compact tractors.

Thanks for the info and threads. Mine is a HST. Service went great, I changed all fluids, UDT was clean as new. I put SUDT back as I will use it below 32 degrees. I was surprised that the brakes needed adjusting, and the rear wheels needed torqued. I love the 3130 so far.
