I found the T1060-18660 SENSOR REVOLUTION broken off.Would that cause the panel to go blank.
PTO works but the seat safety does not and the glow plugs don't seem to be working.
I will have to un-bolt the sensor from the transmission ,anybody no how it is connected.
The fuse is good, the connector got pulled and broke off and probably shorted the wires together. I will check relays and grounds tomorrow. My gut feeling is that when the sensor wires shorted together it blew the board.
The glow plugs get power from fuse block by battery but they get control power from the Intellipanel. Check main fuses by battery and also fuse block by clutch pedal and find out what works and what does not and then I can look in service manual flowchart.
David ,all fuses are good. I checked all the connectors and all seem to be tight.
Is it possible that the power for the panel goes threw the REVOLUTION SENSOR and with it broken its not sending power to the panel.
lights ,turn, signal, parking brake warning light all work,no glow plugs, tach or digital display.
Sensor has three wires, ground, 12v, and signal that is around 2v. There are 2 connectors on panel, the 16 pin connector pin 1 is 12v and pin 11 is ground. If you have power there it may be Intellipanel, if no power the problem is in the harness.
The black and black/yellow stripe next to the red are grounds for sensor and circuit line, below the black/yellow stripe in the next row is another black and it is the main ground If you have power there and the display is not coming on then there is a problem with the panel.
In service manual it has in order.
Check battery
Check slow blow fuse (This is in box by battery at front of tractor)
Check connector to panel
And if nothing replace panel
Until you get something displaying on the panel none of the other tests can be done.
Thank you David Kb7uns for all your help. I do have power between the the red and the main ground.
Do you know of anything that can be done inside the panel or do I just need to replace it.
If you had good electronics background I would say look inside but user replaceable parts probably not available. You could of popped a component or burnt a trace but it is hard to tell.
Well assuming it is already toast, it won't hurt to take it apart and have a look. Take lots of photos of connections and circuit boards - closeups with the macro mode on your camera - and then post them up. One of the electronics guys may be able to spot something. I'm sure the replacement will be quite pricey, so you lose nothing by at least taking a look at it.
If it was me I would be in it in a second but nowadays it is getting hard to find people doing component level repair or even that can solder. In my Ham radio hobby all the newbies coming up want premade wires and harnesses. For the panel to be totally dead it is a major problem that should be a trace or voltage regulator.
I did take it apart nothing looked looked burnt or popped I will take a second look. Now to figure out why,the only thing that I know of that happened is I tore out the revolution sensor connector.I am thinking it may have shorted the wires together.

Burnt electronics have a distinct smell. Check the board by smelling along with visual.
I don't know about the glow plugs, but the display might have lost the backlight?? I am guessing a simple LCD display with cathode tube backlight probably? They used to be on laptop displays and even if the LCD panel was good, it was dark when the backlight went out.
I don't know if this is your problem or even if it functions that way, but it might be..
