Price Check L3010 Price??

I've got a lead on a 1999 L3010. Tractor is equiped with a LA481 FEL, 4X4, GST, 5' Bush Hog, 5' box blade, and a grader blade. Tractor is one owner, located in TX, approx. 300 hrs.

Total package $15,500. Is this a good deal? Is the GST dersireable?

I do own a 3010 GST Kubota tractor with a 482 Kubota frt end loader. Purchase it new three yrs ago this month with .4 tenths of hr. on it. Now have almost 1400 hrs. on it with no problems what so ever.
Purchase price three yrs. ago was 13,000 for tractor. 3, 600 Dollars for loader for a total of sixteen thousand six hundred dollars. This tractor has very hard working hrs. on it. It is used for shredding, clearing land, digging trees, boxblading, plowing land with two bottom plow, farming four acre truck patch.
With only three hundred hrs on the tractor you are looking at it should not even be broke in. In my opinon it seems price might not be too bad considering buying a brand new one today equvalent to this one. Don't know. Just guessing. Some one else may be able to lighten you up on this subject and yes I want to say the GST is very disirable and all power you will need in its horsepower range.
