If it is in nice shape, I'd first ask around if any of your neighbors want it or know someone. Best of all worlds....
If the hydraulic cylinder is just leaking and not squirting, I'd leave it as is and simply mention it to a prospective buyer.
Price? Hydro and shedded with blade and cutter - and leak - 16 to 18K.
There are plenty of knowledgeable buyers who will pay as much for a low hour 2000 model as they would for a much newer tractor.
